Security Coordinator

Location: Jiaxing, China; on-site workplace with shift availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

What you will do

• Coordinate 24/7 security operations for sites, hubs, and offices in China according to established procedures.
• Act as deputy for site security management and coordinate responses to security, fire, health, safety, and crisis incidents.
• Log and document security activities, incidents, investigations, handovers, and operational continuity updates.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm receiving systems, and local security system performance.
• Support investigations with local authorities, penetration testing, night inspections, and security-related reporting.
• Train and coordinate local security service operators and maintain command center procedures, checklists, and instructions.

Requirements

• Relevant education or documented experience in administrative support, an alarm receiving center, or a command center.
• Administrative experience with procedures and reports, plus guard course or relevant dispensing work experience.
• Technical proficiency with CCTV, access control, alarm receiving systems, and office tools including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Previous experience with Genetec Security Center is preferred.
• English proficiency at B2 level, equivalent to IELTS 5.5–6.0; local language proficiency at B2 level required.
• Strong decision-making, leadership, communication, teamwork, multitasking, dependability, attention to detail, and data privacy awareness.
