Business Risk Specialist, Assistant Vice President

What you will do

• Partner with Family Office & Wealth Advisory stakeholders on operational risk management, controls, and governance.
• Coordinate risk and control assessments, business continuity planning, third-party risk management, data risk governance, risk acceptance, physical security, and exception management.
• Strengthen operational risk, information security risk, and governance frameworks across Investment & Wealth Solutions.
• Promote risk awareness through stakeholder engagement, guidance, and education.
• Support strategic priorities, business planning, expense management, KPI monitoring, and key initiatives.
• Prepare management information and reporting materials to support business and management decisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Family Office & Wealth Advisory businesses and insurance products.
• Experience in business management, governance, risk management, change initiatives, business transformation, and technology projects.
• Understanding of operational risk, controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within established timelines and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
