Senior Manager, Risk Operations Strategy (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end SOP architecture for payment risk operations, including investigations, case reviews, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Design scalable operating models for new products such as OKX Pay and OKX Card.
• Define and optimize human-in-the-loop workflows, including AI-agent handoffs, escalations, and manual review coverage.
• Increase automation across risk control processes and monitor SLA, automation rate, AI coverage, agreement rate, false positives, and AHT.
• Translate risk strategy changes into product requirements and scalable workflows with product, engineering, compliance, business, and operations teams.
• Support regulatory compliance and coordinate with AML and compliance partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or operations strategy experience in risk management.
• Experience with risk decision engines, modeling services, risk analytics tools, and large-scale review or investigation operations.
• Ability to architect SOPs, workflows, decision matrices, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop operating models.
• Experience defining QA standards, calibrating reviewer decisions, and improving accuracy and efficiency through measurable metrics.
• Experience planning review capacity across in-house and outsourced teams, multiple regions, and time zones.
• Strong data orientation and experience leading complex cross-functional projects with engineering and analytics teams.

Nice to have

• Personal trading experience or education in financial or payment risk management.
• Experience with disputes, chargebacks, or representment operations at a payment provider, acquirer, or issuer.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
