3D Environment Artist (Unreal Engine): Creating photorealistic, game-ready environment props and assets for high-end PC, console, mobile, and VR projects with an accent on AAA and Nanite pipelines, 3D modeling, texturing, and Unreal Engine 5 integration. Focus on optimizing assets for performance, preparing Blueprints and shaders, debugging imports, and maintaining quality across the production pipeline.
Location: Remote from Ukraine, Kyiv

What you will do
- Create high-quality photorealistic environment props and game-ready assets based on concepts.
- Follow game art and design guidelines and maintain expected quality standards through regular reviews.
- Communicate with clients about game development stages and propose production improvements.
- Help establish an efficient art production pipeline.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar game development role.
- Understanding of AAA and Nanite pipelines.
- Strong 3D modeling and texturing skills using 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, or Substance Designer.
- Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5, including asset import, testing, debugging, Blueprint preparation, and shader setup.
- Experience optimizing assets for performance and technical compliance in Unreal Engine 5.
- English level: A2+; portfolio link required with the CV.
