Location: Taipei, Taiwan; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned site and off-site work

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams and align ASUS and global go-to-market strategies.
- Build relationships with ASUS marketing and sales organizations and engage partner stakeholders.
- Develop and execute integrated 4P and full-funnel marketing strategies across the portfolio.
- Guide partner marketers in creating co-branded campaigns, product messaging, and marketing content.
- Define KPIs and metrics for go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Manage global marketing budgets and coordinate alignment between corporate and field teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in a Fortune 50 technology company.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience within a global sales or marketing organization.
- Experience in project and program management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic, data-driven approach with strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- The position is based in Taipei, Taiwan, and is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
