Talent Acquisition Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

Cybersecurity company developing an AI-native platform that protects organizations and processes nearly 3 trillion events per day.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and related roles across Saudi Arabia.
• Partner with business leaders and senior management on workforce plans, recruitment strategies, and market conditions.
• Build talent pipelines through headhunting, search, advertising, referrals, and database sourcing.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment policies, selection processes, competency frameworks, and interview techniques.
• Coordinate CV, interview, and offer feedback while managing multiple vacancies within tight timelines.
• Maintain recruitment data and workflows in Workday and contribute to regional or global Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct hiring across Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in a software vendor or technology business, including recruitment for sales roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives and working in a matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of direct hiring methods, selection tools, HR policies, processes, and legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate with executives.
• Excellent fluency in English is required. Proven experience using AI technologies to improve recruitment decisions and workflows.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity industry experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Workday.
• Knowledge of psychometric profiling.
