Fabrication Operator (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Espoo, Finland. Flexible hours are currently available; some evening work may be required, and the role may move to shift work as production scales.

What you will do

• Run weekly inventories for QPU production materials, including consumables, PPE, chemicals, equipment parts, and cleanroom supplies, using NetSuite and MES.
• Set stock alarm limits, raise procurement orders, verify deliveries, and coordinate material needs with Procurement, Warehouse, Equipment, Fabrication, Facilities, Cleanroom, and Delivery functions.
• Receive, store, and safely transport materials into the cleanroom, defining storage conditions for chemicals, ESD-sensitive components, equipment parts, and other materials.
• Organize and label cleanroom supplies, cabinets, and production storage so physical locations match MES records.
• Manage component and material life cycles, including storage, archiving, disposal, and recycling according to instructions.
• Handle chemical inventory according to SOPs, maintain 5S standards, report incidents and abnormalities, and provide feedback on cleaning and laundry subcontractors.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in cleanroom or logistics operations.
• A logistics vocational degree or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle chemical inventory according to SOPs and follow safety rules without shortcuts.
• Working knowledge of logistics systems, 5S, and Lean methods; strong attention to detail and traceable work documentation.
• Readiness for daily physical work, including lifting and moving stock, with a safety-first and problem-solving mindset.
• Professional-level English is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, MES, ERP, or inventory systems.
• Knowledge of ESD-sensitive parts, cleanroom consumables, chemical storage, equipment spares, or recycling.
• Experience collaborating with procurement and warehouse functions in manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Experience with semiconductors, cleanroom production, or advanced hardware manufacturing.
