What you will do
- Own and improve supply chain responsibilities for Market Finland, including inventory availability, stock levels, inventory health, and profitability.
- Analyse demand, inventory, shrinkage, availability, and supplier performance to identify root causes and implement improvements.
- Manage demand forecasting and replenishment processes for promotions, seasonal events, and changing demand patterns.
- Partner with Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product, and regional Supply Chain teams to solve operational and commercial challenges.
- Manage supplier relationships covering ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, and availability.
- Lead complex projects and workstreams from problem definition and stakeholder alignment through implementation and measurement of results.
Requirements
- Strong experience in supply chain, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning, or a related field, ideally in grocery, retail, e-commerce, or another fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory and replenishment principles, including trade-offs between availability, stock levels, shrinkage, capacity, and profitability.
- Experience with demand forecasting, supplier performance management, complex problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to independently own complex projects, manage ambiguity, and work with limited guidance.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, structured, and detail-oriented skills.
- Fluency in English is required; advanced skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel are expected.

- Experience providing informal mentoring and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
