Head of Quality, HSE and Sustainability (Manufacturing)

hirify.global is a global HVAC manufacturer, with Baymak operating two production facilities in Tuzla, Istanbul.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of integrated ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, 45001, and 10002 management systems.
• Manage quality assurance, quality control, incoming quality, process capability, supplier quality, and product excellence activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and 8D corrective and preventive action processes.
• Represent the business in internal, external, customer, TSE, CE, and certification audits.
• Develop sustainability, waste reduction, resource efficiency, energy management, and occupational health and safety initiatives.
• Lead Quality, Sustainability, and EHS teams while reporting KPIs and performance insights to senior management in Türkiye and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality, Sustainability, Environmental, and/or EHS management.
• Experience in multinational companies or highly audited manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, and 45001 management systems.
• Experience with OEM or customer-driven quality environments, environmental regulations, and sustainability frameworks.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
