Social Media Specialist (Aerospace)

Orbitworks, building on hirify.global’s heritage, develops and mass-manufactures satellites for physical and virtual space missions from its facility in Abu Dhabi.

What you will do

• Own monthly social media content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create copy, carousels, graphics briefs, and short-form video concepts while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Turn company milestones, technical achievements, events, and employee stories into engaging content.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns and boosted content across LinkedIn and Meta.
• Develop audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies while monitoring budgets.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and use data to improve content, creative formats, and campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience managing social media accounts.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting.
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience creating structured content calendars and using social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Metricool, or Buffer.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, aerospace, space, engineering, or another technical industry.
• Familiarity with CRM-based custom audiences, retargeting workflows, A/B testing, SEO principles, or short-form video production.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
