AI & Innovation Specialist (Internship or VIE) - ALTO Project / Cadence - Group

What you will do

• Identify and analyze AI use cases with business teams across the ALTO project.
• Support the deployment of generative AI and automation tools.
• Develop demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
• Measure productivity gains and benefits from deployed initiatives.
• Conduct technology watch, coordinate innovation initiatives, and organize ideation workshops.
• Support relationships with technology partners, universities, and research centres, and prepare governance presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, civil engineering, or urban planning.
• Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and generative AI solutions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English are required.
