SAP SuccessFactors Developer (with German language)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work available.

Salary: EUR 4,900–5,200 gross per month. Additional annual bonus of up to EUR 1,000 per month may be available depending on expertise and participation in company activities.

What you will do

• Design, configure, maintain, and enhance end-to-end solutions on the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Configure modules including Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Learning with attention to EU localization.
• Analyze HR and business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems using SAP Integration Suite, OData APIs, and middleware.
• Support implementations, rollouts, upgrades, deployments, testing, UAT, production support, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical stakeholders while maintaining documentation and ensuring GDPR, data security, and local labor compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in a functional or techno-functional role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, data model, and core concepts, with hands-on experience configuring one or more modules.
• Experience with enterprise landscapes integrated with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of HR-related organizational and employee data.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations using OData APIs, SAP Integration Suite, or other middleware; understanding of REST, XML, and JSON.
• Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, permissions, testing, deployments, and production support.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher. German: Intermediate+ or higher.
