Project Manager (with German language)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work is available.

Salary: EUR 3,100–5,150 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Create and maintain project roadmaps and manage delivery from requirements gathering through technical support.
• Organize team processes, motivate contributors, and coordinate work across projects.
• Plan sprints, manage and prioritize the backlog, and facilitate grooming sessions, retrospectives, and demos.
• Manage project risks, timelines, processes, and customer business expectations.
• Communicate with clients about development progress, strategies, and business goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid software development life cycle models.
• Experience managing projects using different methodologies, with strong planning and multitasking skills.
• Systematic thinking, communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and stress resistance.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above.
• German: Intermediate or above.

Nice to have

• Technical background.
• Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or Automotive.
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics, or Salesforce.
