DevOps Engineer (Platform Team) in Poland

Location: Poland

Salary: EUR 3,620–5,520 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design, migrate, and modernize Kubernetes manifests for centralized internal tooling and ArgoCD architecture.
• Lead upgrades and maintenance of core platform components, including cert-manager, external-dns, and Kyverno.
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, VictoriaMetrics, and Grafana.
• Provide engineering support for the ongoing operation and expansion of internal application platforms.
• Resolve operational tickets, deliver tested pull requests, and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure development-environment rollouts comply with schema and volume requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Production experience with AWS and/or GCP, and commercial experience operating large-scale Kubernetes clusters of 10,000+ vCPUs.
• Strong Python coding skills and commercial software engineering experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ArgoCD or GitOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above; the role is based in Poland.
