Events Coordinator (Events)

Location: UK-wide travel with hybrid work and one day working from home per week

Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per year plus uncapped bonus (£45,000 OTE)

A rapidly growing consumer brand that has established a new category in the UK pet-food market and serves more than 60,000 cats nationwide.

What you will do

• Coordinate logistics for events and brand activations from preparation through breakdown.
• Lead, brief, and support freelance logistics contractors.
• Identify operational challenges and introduce practical processes to improve event delivery.
• Travel throughout the UK to set up and dismantle selected events and activations.
• Manage event assets and stock to ensure teams have the required materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, logistics, event operations, or a related environment.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with confidence adapting when plans change.
• Experience coordinating, briefing, training, or managing people.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
