Principal Analyst, GTM Analytics

Location: Remote, based out of the Costa Rica office

What you will do

• Translate ambiguous requests from senior stakeholders into scoped analytical plans.
• Build and maintain statistical and financial models for pipeline coverage, quota simulation, and forecasting.
• Deliver fast initial analysis and refine it to the required level of rigor.
• Represent analytical judgment in meetings with VP-level and executive stakeholders.
• Own strategic, cross-functional analyses such as account matching and end-of-quarter deal pattern analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance analysts to align GTM revenue and forecasting logic.

Requirements

• Advanced, independent proficiency in SQL, dbt, and BI tools including Looker, Omni, or Sigma.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, Salesforce structures, pipeline progression, ARR, quota attainment, and bookings.
• Applied statistical knowledge including regression, distributions, confidence intervals, and cohort analysis.
• Ability to scope and prioritize ambiguous requests under time pressure and reframe questions around the underlying business problem.
• Experience reviewing or mentoring analytical work and operating autonomously with senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of financial and forecasting concepts sufficient to collaborate with Finance.

• Experience owning forecasting or planning methodology.
• FP&A or quantitative finance experience.
• Experience building simulation models.
• Informal people leadership or team lead experience.
• Advanced Python with pandas, numpy, and statsmodels.
