What you will do

• Direct hotel operations and staff activities during the overnight shift as the property Manager on Duty.
• Maintain hospitality, service, safety, grooming, uniform, and operational standards.
• Resolve guest and property issues and coordinate follow-up action plans.
• Monitor inventories, financial statements, productivity, cash handling, chargebacks, rebates, and employee hours.
• Support payroll processing, employee training, onboarding, performance reviews, and development.
• Maintain communication between overnight employees, supervisors, and property management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience directing teams and maintaining hotel operations, safety, service, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to manage guest issues, financial controls, employee attendance, payroll support, and performance processes.
