What you will do
- Design and implement the global real estate and facility management strategy, governance, and operating model.
- Lead the integrated facility management transformation, including service standards, operating models, performance measures, and continuous improvement.
- Govern the real estate portfolio, workplace strategy, major projects, business cases, CAPEX planning, transactions, delivery, and handover.
- Manage contracts, suppliers, risks, commercial performance, and collaboration with Finance, Sourcing, Legal, HSE, ESG, HR, IT, and Operations.
- Lead and develop regional IFM teams across a multicultural organization.
- Turn sustainability goals into energy-efficiency, decarbonization, and environmental investment programs.
Requirements
- Graduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Broad international experience in corporate real estate, facility management, sourcing, finance, or project management across multiple countries or business units.
- Strong commercial and financial expertise in OPEX/CAPEX, total cost of ownership, business cases, contracts, negotiations, and value tracking.
- Analytical, curious, learning-oriented leadership with strong influencing, communication, and change-management skills.
- Comfort working across cultures and travelling internationally.
