Team-Based Financial Advisor - Gateway Financial

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri, United States; in-office five days per week. The practice serves Missouri clients.

Salary range: $50,000–$70,000, including bonus and incentives.

What you will do

• Learn the full operation of the financial services practice through mentorship, coaching, training, and joint fieldwork.
• Meet with new and existing clients to build relationships and develop a book of business focused on financial clarity and retirement transitions.
• Recommend and sell appropriate products, complete applications, write recommendations, and service existing client contracts.
• Use advice tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Money Guide Pro, and What-If Tax.
• Participate in client events and community financial education initiatives.
• Research client inquiries, prepare and document meetings, and collaborate with Lead Advisors on complex scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Strong computer aptitude and familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain high-quality work during frequent interruptions, and protect confidential information.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, when applicable.
• Ability to work in the Saint Louis office five days per week.
