TL;DR
Head of Sales: Influencer acquisition and P&L management, with an emphasis on funnel development and creator monetization. Focus on financial modeling and optimizing content formats for a dating platform.
We are looking for a Head of Sales for our dating platform.
What you will do
- Attract models, influencers, and agencies, independently closing deals based on rev-share and exclusivity.
- Manage the department's P&L, including building sales funnels, forecasting revenue and cash flow, and driving creator monetization.
- Coordinate with the production team by setting tasks for promotional materials and monitoring deadlines and output volumes.
- Develop new content formats (SKU) and optimize production costs.
Requirements
- Must have a proven track record of working with talents and agencies, including an existing established network of contacts.
- English proficiency at C1 level. Native proficiency in Russian.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of unit economics, LTV, rev-share models, ARPPU, and retention metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and experience creating dashboards (Superset or similar).
- Professional approach to the adult content industry without personal bias.
- Strong relationship-building skills, ability to identify creator motivations, stress resistance, and disciplined reporting.
