Senior HRBP (Gaming): Building people strategies and end-to-end HR initiatives for a global mobile game developer with an accent on executive partnership, organizational effectiveness, and data-driven workforce decisions. Focus on coaching senior leaders, structuring 0-to-1 initiatives, and identifying workforce risks through HR metrics and dashboards.

What you will do
- Partner with senior and executive leaders to build people strategies that improve performance, engagement, and growth.
- Advise and coach managers on talent development, performance management, organizational design, team effectiveness, and complex people situations.
- Lead HR initiatives from problem framing through implementation in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Payroll.
- Use attrition, engagement, performance, and headcount data to identify trends and workforce risks.
- Build reports and dashboards and translate people data into recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the organization through change, restructuring, rapid growth, and shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR generalist or HRBP with exposure to at least three relevant HR disciplines.
- Proven ability to build credibility with and influence executives, founders, and leaders without formal authority.
- Data-driven approach with experience using HR metrics and reporting; Excel is required.
- Structured, direct, and transparent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English and Portuguese.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and execute initiatives from 0 to 1 through completion.
- Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory.
Nice to have
- HRBP experience in a scale-up, technology company, or startup.
- Experience with multi-country or cross-border HR practices.
- Enthusiasm for the gaming industry.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
