HRBP Coordinator (Human Resources)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align HR practices with operational and strategic objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle across roles and functions.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including 70-20-10 development plans and succession planning.
• Implement and monitor learning and development programs and support onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and workplace safety standards.
• Analyze employee engagement surveys and HR dashboards, drive improvement plans, and collaborate with corporate and regional HR teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR experience in multinational environments, ideally involving industrial or plant operations.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and learning and development.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs and convert insights into action plans.
• English and Spanish are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with leaders and teams.
