HR Coordinator (HR Business Partner)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align HR practices with operational and strategic goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle across roles and functions.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including 70-20-10 development plans and succession planning.
• Implement and monitor learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, survey analysis, and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, workplace safety standards, and corporate HR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR roles within multinational environments, preferably in industrial or plant operations.
• Strong background in recruitment, talent management, and learning and development.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs and convert insights into action plans.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with leaders and teams.
