Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems.
• Analyze requirements, design architecture, implement solutions, review code, deploy applications, and provide post-release support.
• Build scalable APIs, responsive front-end applications, and cloud-integrated services using Microsoft technology stacks.
• Deploy applications to Azure or AWS, including managed services and identity integrations.
• Investigate complex production issues and improve performance, security, observability, and operational reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• At least five years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications; the position lists 12+ years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API, including dependency injection, async/await, and middleware design.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or similar component-driven frameworks, plus strong SQL Server skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, Azure or AWS, debugging, performance optimization, and enterprise-scale reliability and security.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or eligible H-1B transfer candidates. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Production experience with microservices, distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.
• Knowledge of eventual consistency, idempotency, circuit breakers, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar DevOps platforms.
