TL;DR
Payroll Analyst (US Payroll/ADP/Workday): Managing accurate, compliant multi-state payroll processing for more than a thousand US employees with an accent on payroll taxation, labor-law compliance, year-end reporting, and system administration. Focus on auditing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, optimizing Workday and ADP processes, and coordinating payroll information across HR and Accounting.

What you will do
- Process multi-state bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for more than 1,000 exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Manage US payroll compliance across federal, state, and local tax requirements and FLSA regulations.
- Complete year-end payroll activities, including W-2 and W-2c generation, fringe benefit reporting, and tax reconciliations.
- Partner with HR on onboarding, offboarding, benefits deductions, and compensation changes, and with Accounting on general ledger mapping, month-end close, and payroll reconciliations.
- Administer and optimize Workday and ADP payroll systems, including upgrades and implementations.
- Audit payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using AI and other methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience with US payroll operations.
- Expertise in US labor laws, taxation, and payroll compliance.
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree and technical proficiency.
- Strong organization, confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
