C++ Technical Lead (AI)

Location: Hod Hasharon, Israel; hybrid role requiring onsite collaboration three days per week

What you will do

• Lead C++ software implementation for embedded hardware platforms and hardware-accelerated environments.
• Drive technical execution for computer vision and machine learning systems supporting driver and cabin monitoring.
• Define software architecture, design decisions, implementation quality, and technical direction.
• Collaborate with architects, algorithm, system, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Mentor engineers and improve engineering practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
• Optimize real-time software for resource-constrained embedded environments and support safety-aware automotive development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience developing reliable C++ software for embedded, real-time, and performance-sensitive systems.
• Experience as a technical lead, software architect, or senior hands-on technical authority.
• Strong knowledge of modern C++, software architecture, multithreading, system optimization, and Linux-based embedded environments.
• Ability to influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and solve complex challenges in large-scale software systems.
• Availability for onsite collaboration in Hod Hasharon three days per week and flexibility for occasional global collaboration hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer vision, AI, or machine learning products and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, driver monitoring systems, occupant monitoring systems, or automotive safety products.
• Experience with NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, Qualcomm AI frameworks, GPUs, NPUs, TPUs, or other hardware accelerators.
• Experience in global, cross-functional engineering organizations.
