Operations Associate (DeFi)

Location: New York, New York; in-person work required

What you will do

• Run day-to-day office operations, including inventory, laptop procurement, repairs, food, snacks, drinks, and guest experience.
• Plan and deliver company events and support the logistics and administrative work of an upcoming office move.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, onsite recruiting logistics, and recruiting system updates.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departing employees.
• Own cofounder calendars, schedule business dinners, and handle ad hoc executive requests.
• Manage vendors, set expectations, and improve operational processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to turn ad hoc work into repeatable processes.
• Bias toward action and ownership from problem identification through completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential calendar and business information.
• Comfort with hands-on physical tasks alongside higher-level project work.
• Ability to operate in person in New York in a fast-paced startup environment.
