Lead Full Stack Engineer (Angular and Java)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build responsive front-end experiences and robust backend services for policy-driven business applications.
• Design and integrate REST and SOAP APIs, Kafka messaging solutions, and enterprise system integrations.
• Develop and optimize MySQL and Oracle database functionality, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Apply security, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning practices.
• Deploy and support applications in cloud and containerized environments using Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.

Requirements

• EQF Level 6 university degree and 17+ years of professional IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, plus 3+ years with Java and Spring Boot.
• At least 3 years of experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Kafka-based messaging, and relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• At least 1 year of experience with Kubernetes or similar infrastructure technologies and CI/CD integration.
• Experience developing secure cloud-based solutions and supporting EU Cohesion Policy and Structural Funds through digital solutions.
• English at B2 level or higher, with strong communication skills for multicultural, multilingual, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing and additional expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, or Kafka.
• AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud certifications.
