Senior Product Analyst

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work

What you will do

• Analyze product performance across user funnels, engagement, retention, and monetization in mobile applications.
• Define success metrics with Product Managers and evaluate the impact of new product features.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests for product improvements and optimization.
• Translate product questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Define product analytics events and tracking specifications with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build dashboards and reports in Tableau and Looker, explore large datasets with SQL, and present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in a digital or mobile environment.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and defining product tracking events and analytics instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of activation, retention, engagement, and funnel-performance metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase analytical impact; ability to independently lead projects from ideation through execution.

Hiring process

• HR interview of approximately 30 minutes.
• Technical Zoom interview with the Product Analytics Team Lead of approximately 60 minutes.
• Take-home assignment with a 72-hour deadline, followed by an in-person technical discussion and presentation, final interview, and reference check.
