Product Analyst-Romania (Remote)

Location: Remote EMEA; remote work is available from the East US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia, and Israel.

What you will do

• Define and maintain product event taxonomies, tracking standards, instrumentation quality, and shared metric definitions in partnership with Engineering.
• Build scalable, self-service dashboards and maintain product analytics systems using tools such as Mixpanel, Segment, and Looker.
• Build and maintain dbt models, metric layers, data-quality tests, monitoring, documentation, and automation.
• Structure and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs from support, churn, NPS, sales feedback, and customer interviews.
• Deliver recurring reporting and analysis on product adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and business outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to product, business, and executive stakeholders while advancing AI-assisted analytics workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles, working closely with digital product teams.
• Practical understanding of how AI is reshaping analytics workflows, including insight generation, documentation, distribution, guardrails, and safe operationalization.
• Advanced SQL and experience with event-based analytics, Mixpanel or similar tools, Looker or similar BI tools, Segment or similar platforms, and dbt.
• Experience building scalable systems, structuring ambiguous problems, prioritizing independently, and collaborating across teams.
• Clear communication skills and experience presenting analysis to product managers and business stakeholders.
• Remote availability from the specified locations: East US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia, or Israel.

• Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
