TL;DR
Senior Flutter Engineer (Flutter/Dart): Building high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile and web applications for Android and iOS with an accent on maintainable code, responsive interfaces, API integration, and application performance. Focus on making architectural decisions, designing state management and testing strategies, troubleshooting complex performance issues, and mentoring junior developers.

What you will do
- Develop cross-platform applications with Flutter for Android and iOS.
- Translate product requirements and UI designs into responsive, fully functional features.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern development practices.
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services while managing asynchronous data flows.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total software development experience, including at least 2 years with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, responsive UI principles, and mobile design guidelines.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider, and local storage such as Hive or SQLite.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns including MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, RESTful APIs, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
