ServiceNow Developer

Location: 100% on-site at the client’s headquarters in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 130–180 PLN net per hour

What you will do

• Implement ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and custom code.
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance, including binaries, Tomcat, Java, key stores, and MariaDB databases.
• Deliver development projects in cooperation with ServiceNow Architects and Administrators.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, fix bugs, apply patches, and perform version upgrades.
• Integrate ServiceNow with complex internal agency systems and support solution architecture decisions.
• Create technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, knowledge base articles, and user manuals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, including 2 years in a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications, or recognized international equivalents.
• Hands-on experience configuring, administering, and designing ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM.
• Knowledge of Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, and IT security standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness and eligibility to undergo a Personal Security Clearance procedure.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-premise ServiceNow environments.
