Senior Director Change Management (Financial Services)

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin, United States; corporate onsite role

Salary: $160,000–$240,000 annually. Geographic-specific ranges include $176,000–$264,000 and $184,000–$276,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead and align large, complex, cross-functional change initiatives across the enterprise.
• Develop and implement change strategies addressing changes to people, processes, technology, organization, and culture.
• Analyze people-related risks and resistance, then create mitigation and adoption plans.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align change delivery with business strategy and priorities.
• Establish change management structures and provide oversight to change teams.
• Lead and develop a team of change management practitioners while promoting a culture of trust, engagement, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communication, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility, including leadership of large, complex, cross-functional change efforts.
• Experience creating and implementing change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, project management familiarity, and strong execution skills.
• Exceptional influencing, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities across organizational levels.
• Change Management certification such as Prosci or an equivalent.
