Social Media Video Editor

Location: Remote Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh); fully remote.

What you will do

• Edit short LinkedIn videos, typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Turn raw talking-head footage, screen recordings, and website examples into polished social content.
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply consistent color grading, basic sound design, and audio leveling.
• Repurpose longer recordings into short clips and create strong openings that engage viewers quickly.
• Communicate with a U.S.-based team and respond effectively to feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio of social media videos and experience with talking-head, educational, or business content.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Good written English required.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content.
• Motion graphics or After Effects skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles.
• Interest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing.
