Audit Manager (ENR/FBA)

Location: Hybrid work from the CA Central Valley office in Fresno, California, USA

Salary: $92,000–$146,340 per year

What you will do

• Deliver audit, assurance, consulting, and financial statement guidance to energy, natural resources, food, beverage, and agriculture clients.
• Build client relationships throughout the year and understand business goals and challenges.
• Design and perform testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, engagement staffing, billings, collections, quality, deadlines, and profitability targets.
• Provide business insight through financial analysis, review, and discussion with clients.
• Mentor and develop associates while contributing to firm-wide growth and professional development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA certification.
• At least five years of experience, including financial statement auditing in public accounting.
• Experience in the ENR/FBA industry sector is preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide client service, and manage projects effectively.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or advanced degree in accounting.
• Two years of supervisory, mentoring, and counseling experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, software, and Microsoft Suite skills.
