Technology Resilience Lead

Location: Home-based within the UK, with monthly trips to Eastleigh or London

Salary: £54,400–£81,600 per year

What you will do

• Own disaster recovery planning, testing, and recovery readiness for critical technology services.
• Lead resilience testing and simulation exercises to validate recovery capabilities and identify weaknesses.
• Monitor capacity, performance, and service dependencies to reduce resilience risks.
• Drive resilience improvements across AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Provide expert guidance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement supporting DORA, operational resilience, and risk requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in technology operations, infrastructure, cloud, application support, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related discipline.
• Practical understanding of disaster recovery, service continuity, and technology resilience.
• Experience working with critical or highly available technology services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for engaging with technical and business leaders.
• Ability to communicate technology risks and findings clearly.
• Ability to work from within the UK and attend Eastleigh or London monthly.
