TL;DR
Space DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Cloud-Native): Deploying and operating middleware services for the Galileo satellite navigation constellation with an accent on automation, GitOps, observability, and platform security. Focus on designing resilient cloud-native infrastructure, automating component lifecycles, and solving incidents across complex space systems.
Location: Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model. Up to four weeks per year of teleworking outside the usual geographical area. Relocation support is available.

is expanding its space-sector teams to support the Galileo European satellite constellation for positioning and navigation.
What you will do
- Deploy, configure, and operate middleware services on Kubernetes platforms.
- Automate the installation, updates, and lifecycle management of platform components.
- Define and implement DevOps and GitOps practices.
- Integrate monitoring, observability, and security solutions for reliable service operation.
- Collaborate on incident resolution, problem analysis, and continuous platform improvement.
- Contribute to the design, validation, and security of cloud-native infrastructures and applications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments.
- Experience with Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Interest in the space sector.
