QA Engineer (Middle/Senior, Fintech)

🚀 Hiring: QA Engineer (Middle/Senior)

Responsibilities:
— Full testing cycle for web applications (functional, integration, regression)
— Testing mobile applications for iOS & Android (built with Flutter)
— Testing integrations between microservices and external systems
— Analyzing logs with Grafana, Kibana
— Working with databases
— Developing and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, test plans, TRR)
— Collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and the product team to identify and resolve defects
— Improving product quality and testing/development processes
— Following department processes
Must-have requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
— Hands-on mobile testing experience is a MUST (Android Studio for debugging & testing)
— Backend testing experience is a MUST (REST API, Postman/Swagger, client-server architecture)
— Understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies
— Strong knowledge of testing web and mobile applications
— Experience with bug-trackers and test management systems
— Experience with relational databases
— Strong skills in testing & development processes (planning, requirements analysis, process improvement)
— Experience writing test documentation (checklists, test cases, test plans)
— Proficiency with logs (Grafana, Kibana, etc.)
— Independence and responsibility
— Intermediate+ English (written & spoken)
Good to have:
— Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools
— Traffic sniffing tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Wireshark)
— Automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
— Performance testing tools (JMeter)
— Basic programming knowledge + willingness to grow in test automation
— Fintech experience
