Manual QA Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance may be available.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and define test acceptance criteria.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Validate functional and non-functional software requirements.
• Document, report, reproduce, and help resolve software defects with developers.
• Improve manual testing processes and standards.
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and stay current with testing methodologies.

Requirements

• BSc or BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in manual testing, focused on web and mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate defect reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience writing and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Legal authorization to work in Cyprus is required unless visa sponsorship applies.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
