What you will do

• Process sales invoices using the finance system.
• Invoice Aviva through its in-house portal.
• Process supplier invoices from automotive body shops across the UK.
• Perform invoice checks and financial controls to ensure accuracy.
• Organise weekly payment runs so partner garages are paid on time.
• Resolve queries from garages and colleagues across the business.

Requirements

• Good understanding of ledger work within accounts.
• Strong administration, organisation, prioritisation, and data-entry accuracy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive approach to planning, organisation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work as part of the Milton Keynes-based finance team.
