Location: Remote; active Kentucky PMHNP licensure required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week; actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, licensure, and market data.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video and assess client suitability for treatment.
• Educate clients about the science, safety, and expected experience of ketamine therapy.
• Prescribe ketamine using clinical protocols and tailor treatment based on clinical judgment.
• Coordinate care with hirify.global guides to provide a whole-person client experience.
• Build client trust through responsive, professional video consultations.
• Use clinical insights to improve treatment protocols and the care model.

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensure in Kentucky and active DEA registration.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional, fully present communication during video consultations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot independently, and work with minimal administration.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based treatments, psychedelic therapy, and AI-supported psychiatric care.
