Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations by video to assess client needs and treatment fit.
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate whole-person care with hirify.global guides.
• Deliver a trusted, responsive video-consultation experience.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model using client insights.

Requirements

• Active Colorado psychiatric PA license and DEA registration required.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional video-consultation skills and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot independently, and use AI to improve care and administrative efficiency.
• Strong belief in psychedelic therapy and openness to evidence-based treatments.
