International technology company developing its own platform for the lottery and iGaming industry. The company has been operating in the industry since 2019 and is currently focused on Latin America.

The first active market is Peru, where the company has an operating team and the required license. Further expansion into other LatAm markets, including Ecuador and Mexico, is planned.

The company is looking for a hands-on Product Owner / Product Manager who will become the full owner of the product and take responsibility for the entire journey from idea to market launch.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Gather requirements from business, operations and market stakeholders.
• Independently prepare product requirements, specifications and documentation.
• Manage a development team of 3 Developers + QA.
• Plan sprints and oversee delivery.
• Coordinate and accept releases.
• Manage integrations with payment providers, game providers and other external partners.
• Work closely with technical and licensing teams.
• Analyze product metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Launch new products in Peru and support further expansion across Latin America.

Must-have requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant Product / Project Management experience.
• Proven experience launching a B2C mobile product from zero to publication in App Store / Google Play and first real users.
• Startup experience and ability to work in a high-uncertainty environment.
• Experience managing a development team of approximately 3–5 people.
• Experience with external technical integrations and APIs.
• Strong hands-on approach: independently writing requirements/specifications, working with data and making product decisions.
• Experience with roadmap, backlog, sprint planning, delivery and releases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Confident Excel / Google Sheets.
• English B2+.

Nice to have:

• iGaming / lottery / gambling / FinTech experience.
• Payments or Retail / POS experience.
• Multi-market launches.
• SQL / Metabase.
• Technical, BA, QA or development background.
• Jira / ClickUp / Bitrix24.
• Experience with distributed teams.
• Spanish.
