Starlink Global Operations Lead (Starlink)

Location: Bastrop, Texas, United States. The role requires travel of up to 50% and extended hours or weekends as needed. Applicants must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations.

What you will do

• Gather data and coordinate with external service providers on documents required for local tax and e-invoicing compliance.
• Guide planning, resource management, and business model development for Starlink verticals.
• Identify, develop, track, and execute business improvement initiatives with Starlink leadership.
• Analyze proposed business decisions with stakeholders and lead cross-functional implementation.
• Improve processes, systems, handoffs, execution, and customer experience while scaling operations.
• Support ad-hoc operational and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• At least 1 year of experience based abroad or working with operations outside the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience with data or analytical tools, including Microsoft Office applications or Excel modeling.
• Experience working with competing priorities and aggressive schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders.
• Must satisfy U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to independently define and manage projects.
• Experience with SQL and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, R, HTML, XML, CSS, or Ruby.
