We are looking for a detail-oriented Lawyer to support our CLO in handling international operations, commercial contracts, and M&A deals.
What you will do:
▪️ Draft and review cross-border contracts in English (Service Agreements, NDAs, etc.)
▪️ Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions (EU, US, Asian markets)
▪️ Handle KYC/DD procedures for counterparties and target companies in M&A transactions
▪️ Communicate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders
What we expect:
▪️ 3+ years of legal experience (law firm, consulting, IT, or international company)
▪️ Strong background in Corporate and Contract Law
▪️ Hands-on experience with foreign jurisdictions (UK, Cyprus, Estonia, etc.)
▪️ Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+)
▪️ Readiness to complete a brief unpaid test task (contract review and markups)
Nice to have:
▪️ Experience in Intellectual Property (e.g., trademark registration)
