Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly order and sales forecasts, weekly updates, P&L forecasts, and reporting packages.
• Analyze monthly results, explain variances, update forecasts, and support regional management reviews.
• Lead annual planning for topline, standard margin, and cost-center spending.
• Manage credit and collection activities and prepare monthly Days Sales Outstanding reports.
• Support month-end close, financial compliance, and cross-region Finance projects.
• Partner with operations, sales, business managers, and regional leaders to track KPIs, identify risks, and solve business problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Oracle Fusion, Essbase/Smart View, or related financial systems, along with strong Excel and data analytics skills.
• Strong accounting knowledge, financial analysis, summarization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
