Senior Product Manager (Delivery App/Logistics)

Location: Lviv, Ukraine (Remote)

hirify.global is developing a delivery platform for the Saudi Arabian market with integrated store delivery, parcel delivery, pickup truck, and other services.

What you will do

• Own the strategic product direction of the delivery platform.
• Audit user journeys and app processes, including registration, ordering, merchant, grocery, and restaurant flows.
• Identify friction points and prioritize improvements using data and customer behavior.
• Research global delivery trends, market benchmarks, and monetization models such as service charges and pricing presentation.
• Provide actionable recommendations and challenge product assumptions.
• Work in an advisory or fractional capacity alongside the existing product team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Specific experience with delivery apps, logistics, or major e-commerce projects.
• Strong understanding of global delivery market dynamics.
• Experience owning product direction rather than only executing specifications.
• Comfort operating in an advisory or fractional capacity.

Nice to have

• Awareness of regional competitors such as Noon, Talabat, Fetchr, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of the GCC delivery market.
