What you will do
- Lead cross-functional special projects across air network scheduling, airline partner planning, and operational performance.
- Develop optimization models and analytical frameworks for network design, scheduling efficiency, routing, capacity allocation, and operational trade-offs.
- Design, build, and maintain automation tools, scripts, lightweight products, and scalable planning solutions.
- Partner with scheduling engineers, network planning engineers, operations teams, and partner management to embed solutions into daily workflows.
- Pilot advanced automation, optimization techniques, and emerging technologies, then scale successful solutions across the organization.
- Establish standards, document methodologies, and ensure tools are robust, maintainable, and aligned with operational realities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Aviation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or operational analytics.
- Experience in airline scheduling, air network planning, aviation, or logistics operations.
- Experience building automation tools, analytical models, dashboards, optimization tools, or internal products.
- Strong problem-solving skills across technical and operational domains.
- Experience or familiarity with optimization techniques, planning systems, data engineering, APIs, or system integration is beneficial.
Nice to have
- Experience in air cargo operations or express logistics networks.
- Experience leading cross-functional or innovation-focused projects.
