Focus on interpreting PB-scale datasets, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations, and supervising analytical work in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do
- Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary Data & Analytics team.
- Design and build complex visualisations and analytical models to assess market and operational changes.
- Partner with operational and functional teams to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-impact analytical use cases.
- Analyse and interpret PB-scale transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open-source tools.
- Translate complex findings into clear visualisations and recommendations for execution.
Requirements
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial sciences, computer science, engineering, life sciences, or another quantitative discipline.
- At least 8 years of industry experience applying advanced analytics.
- Experience using analytics to guide operational improvements, scheduling, asset utilisation, or investment decisions.
- Experience supervising analytics or engineering professionals.
- Strong abstract thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, project management, and time management skills.
- Advanced competency in at least two areas including analytical software, data visualisation, databases, or programming.
