vIOP Clinical Quality Supervisor (Pediatric vIOP)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be a full-time U.S. resident and able to work 11am–8pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday. Potential Saturday work.

Annual base salary: $126,000–$140,000.

What you will do

• Deliver time-limited individual, family, and group telehealth treatment for pediatric and young adult vIOP clients.
• Conduct psych urgent care sessions, risk and safety assessments, and stabilization planning.
• Supervise, mentor, manage, and train vIOP Associate Social Worker therapists.
• Review clinical quality, productivity, treatment adherence, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Lead clinical consultations, 1:1 meetings, quality assurance reviews, provider training, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical coverage for individual and group sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work from an accredited program and an unrestricted LCSW license in California.
• 5+ years of postgraduate clinical experience, including work in IOP, PHP, residential, or other high-acuity settings.
• 2+ years of experience supervising or training clinicians in evidence-based therapies and prior administrative management experience.
• Expertise with CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, TF-CBT, measurement-based care, and high-risk or co-occurring clinical presentations.
• Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families, including video therapy and culturally responsive care.
• Must be able to work 11am–8pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, and reside full-time in the United States.
